"This album started out of several different projects that were designed to be singles or EPs that were consolidated under a working title "Quality & Meaning." After further recording over the months of this project, the working title was changed to "Spledour (Quality & Meaning)." after the final track of the reworked outline.

Then I realized a strand of light threading through the songs in recombination of various projects and the new material, to form a mental space in which the music inhabits, and it was a liminal city of dreams, Electric City Dreams."
